Miss Him Like Crazy

I really am missing my husband like crazy. It feels like I have never been with him for a very long time. My husband left last Friday morning to go to a funeral service, he came home Sunday night.

I was expecting to spend more time with hubby this week but it won't happen. Early this morning he left again and will not be back home until Thursday. I just hope that he will get days off when he get back so we can spend time together.

Hubby's Left Again

My husband has left again early this morning. I am starting to hate his job with this funeral details thing, I know it's mean and disrespectful to whoever they are doing the funeral services but I hate it when my husband leave.

My husband had to work out of town from Friday to Sunday and then today he left again and will not be back until Thursday. I just hate it because it is starting to affect our son. Last Sunday, my son woke me up crying, he told me that he misses his dad. Well, I just hope he don't have to work this coming weekend because we would like to spend time with him. Grrrrrrrr, I miss him so much!

24 Hours on Duty

My husband will not come home tonight, so sad! He told me yesterday that he will have a 24-hour duty. He will come home tomorrow at 8 eight o'clock in the morning. I really am missing him right now, thinking about him not coming home tonight makes me sad.

Well, I guess I will just see him tomorrow. My son and I are going to a friend's house tonight so that will be a big help for me not to miss and think about hubby so much.

Time To Dream Of My Hubby!

I am going to the land of dreams now and start dreaming of my beloved husband. I find it so hard to fall asleep by myself now because I got so used to having him (hubby) beside me. It is so difficult for me to sleep because I cannot stop thinking about my husband and his situation there. I cannot help myself but worry even though he's always been telling me that he is okay and he is going to be fine. Well,I better end this now before I get too emotional. I have to go to sleep because my son will be up early tomorrow for sure! Thanks for your visit and please include my husband's safety in your Prayers,thanks!Good night everybody!

Taking A Nap

My son and I are going to take a nap.In two hours,my family and I are going to attend the FRG Meeting.It will be a boring meeting,I know but my family and I have to attend it.The agenda will be about deployment and if we need help we have to go this people etc.Well,I am going to lay down now so I will not be sleepy later at the meeting.Have a good one folks!:-)

My Busy Soldier

My husband came home today hungry and tired,he had been at the rifle range since early this morning.He was practicing on his marksmanship,and he got a sharpshooter, which is one below an expert.Even though he did not get his forty out of forty we are proud of him.His goal is to one day get all forty rounds in the target.This is part of his training to get ready to deploy.So I am glad he is home now.They try to give him off as much time as possible.No matter how much time he is at home with us,we are still going to miss him when he is gone.

Picking Up Hubby

Well,it is time for me to pick up my husband right now.He will come home to have some dinner and then go back to work again.He is assigned to be in security tonight for 24 hours.He has been telling me that he is tired and sleepy.I really pity my husband but we cannot do anything,what ever the military say he got to do it.They did not tell him that he is going to have a 24-hour duty today,they just called this morning and said he got to do it,grrrrrrrrrrrrr!Well,I have to go for now and pick him up!Have a good one folks!

Cooking Dinner

I am going to cook food for dinner tonight.I am kind of tired and lazy to cook but my husband is coming home for dinner so I better cook something really good!My husband is on a 24-hour duty today until tomorrow morning.I am going to make Chinese Lemon Chicken tonight and cook some rice,I hope that my husband will like what I am going to prepare for dinner tonight.Well,I have to go for now!Take Care You All and thanks for the visit!:-)

Busy Husband

My husband is really busy these week.It is already 9:00 o'clock in the evening and he is not home yet.Last night,he also got home so late.He leave so early in the morning and come home so later.They have been having missions for more than three weeks now.He told me that he is going to make it up to me and our son.It is our son's birthday tomorrow but as usual he will be so busy.He said he is going to leave tomorrow at 3:00 o'clock in the morning and does not know what time he will be coming back.Military life is really bad sometimes.

Cooking Menudo

My husband is going to a mission tomorrow.Every time my husband come home from his missions,he will keep on saying that he did not like the food they are serving them.So,tonight I have decided to cook him some menudo and rice.I know how much he loves menudo and rice and I am sure that he would eat it tomorrow.Our crib smells like menudo now hehehe :) smells good,taste even better!:)

Creed Of The NCO

My husband told me that his Sgt. told him that need to pass an essay about the Creed of the NCO.He is really tired and I am also tired.I wanted him to go to bed and get rest so I have told him that I will type the essay that he did on a piece of paper and I will also print it out for him.I am really proud of him,he did a pretty good essay!I hope his NCO's will like it and will find no problems on it.Sometimes military life sux but I'm loving it!

Thinking Of My Soldier

I really am missing my soldier now.Last night I could not really sleep well,it feels so different with out him by my side and I was experiencing body pains last night I do not know why but how I wished my husband was there to give me a massage.Our son could not sleep well too I am sure he is missing his papi like I do.Nicolas just fell asleep after hearing his papi's voice on the phone when my husband called.I really wish my husband is here but it is all cool because I know he will be home soon and I know that he is just doing his job.We miss you manong and please come back home now!!!

Nap Time

Well,I already put my son to sleep so I guess I am going to take advantage of the time.I am going to take a nap myself.I am really tired and so sleepy.I wen to sleep at 2:30 o'clock in the morning and woke up at 6:30 o'clock in the morning today.I had to drive and dropped off my soldier on post.I wanted to clean our place and do some household chores but I do not have the energy to do it,so I am going to take a nap and maybe do some cleaning when I wake up.See You All Later!

Funeral Details

My husband left early this morning.Him and two of his co-workers are going to a funeral detail or something.My husband has really been so busy these past few weeks.He just got home from schooling and now he is gone again.He is supposed to get a four-day off but since his co-workers are not available to do the funeral thing,they called him.He will be gone for 3-4 days which really sucks!I just hope they will give him days off when he get back.He deserve to have a day off since he was really been working his ass off.

Hubby Was Pissed

My husband was so pissed because he is supposed to get a 4-day off but then his NCO said that he will only get 3 days.It was okay for him but then this morning his NCO called and told him to report at 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon to do some paperworks.He was so pissed because today is supposed to be his day off and we already made some plans which is obviously ruined now.Well,I just hope they will let him go early so we can at least take our son somewhere.Sometimes it really sux being in the military.They changes their schedule always!

Good Morning Peeps!

Good Morning Everyone!I went to sleep around 3:00 a.m. and now I am awake already.My son woke me up and do not let me go back to sleep.I am sad because my husband left already for a 2-week schooling but it is okay like what I am always saying,I know he is doing it for us.I am drinking hot chocolate right now,anybody want some?Well,good morning again everyone and Have a Nice Day!:-)

Happy Memorial Day!

The story of SSG. Keith Matthew Maupin

My husband attended a Memorial Day Ceremony in Memory of their Fallen Comrades last Thursday.He told me the story of Staff Sergeant Keith Mattew Maupin and I got really touched and saddened by his story.

Keith Matthew Maupin was born on July 13,1983 in Batavia,Ohio.After graduating High School,he enrolled in the University of Cincinnati Aerospace Engineering Program,he then joined the United States Army Reserved on 2002 and was stationed with the 705th Transportation Company in Dayton,Ohio.

While fulfilling his monthly obligations as a reservist,Maupin continued courses at the University of Cincinnati.In November 2003,Maupin was transfered to the recently mobilized 724th TC and arrived in Kuwait on February 20,2004.On March 5 the unit proceeded to Logistics Support Area in Iraq.On April 5,2004,Maupin's fuel convoy was ambushed and Maupin was captured by insurgents.Maupin's remains were recovered on March 20,2008 and returned to his family on April 27,2008.

After knowing this story,I can't help myself but worry for my husband although I am really proud of him because he is giving all his best for his country.To,Staff Sergeant Keith Mattew Maupin and his family,THANK YOU!!!

Yehey,my husband passed his physical fitness test,I knew he would because he's been on a really strict diet and has been going to the gym everyday.And because he passed his Physical Fitness test,he would be qualified to take the warrior leader's course and that would help him to get his promotion.I am really proud of you pangga!Thanks for all the sacrifices!
